Welcome to the Boston Juicing Blog Spot!
Hey guys!
A big warm welcome to the Boston Juicing’s blogging spot! First off, let me thank all of you for joining me on this life changing journey to health, well-being, and happiness. Change can certainly be challenging at times and all we need to keep moving forward is a little push, words of encouragement, and support. I intend to help each and every one of you achieve your goals by providing just that. This isn’t just a juicers blog spot, but a place where you can get free, accurate, and quality information on health and fitness tips, nourishing and tasty recipes, and extra motivation for those inevitable days where you feel like giving up.
With that being said, allow me to give a brief intro of myself (for those who don’t already know me). My name is Cara, born and raised in the great city of Boston, Ma. and a true “townie” at heart. I come from a big beautiful Italian family and like all Italian families we love getting together and WE LOVE EATING. Unfortunately, that comes with the price of a few extra, unwanted rolls. As a food lover and full time foodie, I decided to get smart about my eating habits and stay committed to an exercise routine that worked for my body. Tip #1: Know your body! Know what foods make you feel/look bloated and learn smarter alternatives, so the voices in your head are not constantly beating down your beautiful self! I started educating myself on nutrition, fitness, and meditation so I could learn more about the trendy hype of mind, body, and soul. The truth is, it’s not just trendy talk, it’s actually true, and it makes a world of difference when you start implementing these elements into your own life (we will dive deeper into that topic in future posts, I promise). So, now that we have the basics down I will leave you with a quote from one of my own personal inspirations, who has defeated the odds by overcoming challengers, and sticking to decisions that would change his life forever.
“In essence, if we want to direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.”
-Tony Robbins
